Kaali is an incautious and touchy common laborers man who works in an IT organization and appreciates playing football during his extra time. His closest companion is Anbu, who is a youthful political wannabe. They, alongside their pack, live in the bedraggled pads of the lodging board in Vyasarpadi, North Chennai.
In the interim, in a long-standing ridiculous fight, two groups of an ideological group have been making a case for a divider on which they can paint the pictures of their individual political pioneers.
